3. Baby Advance only states the importance of starting learning early from the home, and doing developmental exercises at home, to help enhance children's development.

4. Baby Advance does not claim any cure for any learning disorders or mental disabilities, just that the program can support and help promote better development.

5. Baby Advance does not guarantee that a child will be developmentally advanced, reaching all the milestones perfectly. Baby Advance only states that the learning activities can help a child progress to the best of their unique capabilities.

6. Baby Advance does not guarantee complete success, because there is the human factor of how parents will follow the activities, and how often they will do the activities. There is also a consideration if the child may have a mental or learning condition, and the level of severity of the condition.

7. Baby Advance will not be held responsible for any decisions parents might make for the development of their children.

8. For each activity, Baby Advance gives parents a time recommendation (like a time limit), that should be followed, to avoid over-stimulation, especially in infants.

9. For most activities, Baby Advance gives parents safety information to follow, to make sure baby is kept safe at all times while doing the activities.

10. Baby Advance will not be made responsible for any accidents that may occur during the use of our activities.

11. Signing up and paying for the program automatically states that the payor agrees to all these terms.
